Below you will find a link to the new member paperwork in PDF format.  You will need a program that can display this PDF file such as Adobe Reader or Adobe X.  You can not save this form on your computer.  I suggest you open the form, review it and make sure you have the answers to all questions before you begin to fill in the form.  Once complete you need to print the form out and either mail it to the address in the PDF, visit a meeting or contact someone from the Board to schedule a meeting.

  • FCC Proposes $25,000 Fine for Breaking Now-Voluntary Labeling Rules

    The FCC has proposed fining Acuity Brands Inc. of Atlanta, Georgia, $25,000 for apparently marketing radio frequency devices that were not labeled in accordance with Commission Part 18 rules at the time.
